Continuous extrusion blow machine mainly used to produce small capacity hollow products, such as bottle, pot, etc. From 1L to 20L. Normally there are two blow station for contiuous extrusion blow machine, so the production quantity can be double when running two positions working together at same time.

MooG100 Point Thickness Control System

The product integrates MOOG's servo proportional valves and DCDT to control stroke position, ensuring precise control of the opening position of the mold cavity on the blow molding machine.
2. Extrution. The screw material is selected as 38Cr with screw flight sprayed with nickel-based + 10% carbide alloy;subjected to processes such as quenching alloying, and nitriding. Processed with polishing techniques, hardhess: HRC58-62.Alloy thickness:≥2; brittleness:≤Grade 1; surface roughness: Ra: 0.4um.The screw material is selected as 38CrMoAlA, and the raw material is refined through processes such as quenching,alloying,nitriding,and polishing. Hardness HV900-950, brittleness:≤ Grade l; surface roughness: Ra: 0.4um.

The lubrication system can automatically lubricate the system, and tne uorcauon tme cyce can oe set incependenuy.
Electric system
Using imported electrical components such as Concord from Hong Kong and Schneider, with long service life.The electrical cabinet is embedded with professional industrial fans, ensuring stable operation of the electrical system in hot and humid environments.
4. Hydrulic system
The hydraulic control system adopts proportional servo control technology,with fast response, low energy consumption, minimal heat generation, and leading energy-saving technology domestically. The components are all from internationally renowned brands.
