Noodle Pressing Machine
The main drive of the machine is set below the pressing table, fully enclosed and safe; The appearance is simple and beautiful. The power configuration of the unit is reasonable, and the transmission system adopts a frequency conversion speed regulation controller to regulate the speed, so that the equipment can be operated accurately and conveniently, and the energy-saving effect is significant. The rolled surface is dense, neat, uniform and smooth. Large diameter roll shall be used, and the roll material can be nickel chromium molybdenum cold hardening alloy. There are occasionally iron tools in the fabric, which will not damage the roller. It effectively improves the quality of dried noodles.
Drying Room
1. The drying room is equipped with two closed loop drying and conveying chains inside and outside, and a set of specially designed transmission system. The surface bar is directly supported by the drying and conveying chain without the hook of the surface bar. The surface bar moves around in the drying room for drying. The new drying chamber has the advantages of stable operation, small supporting power, low energy consumption, less strip loss, and high quality noodles.
2. The noodles are stably and accurately delivered to the noodle cutter from the drying room.
Automatic Noodle Cutting Machine

2. This machine can be connected with the drying room lower shelf system, and the speed can be automatically tracked, or the automatic bar cutting program can be completed by manually placing the bar.
3. The slitter of this machine can be adjusted freely within the range of 3-18 face bars per minute
4. The cutting length can be set freely without stopping the machine. The setting range is 100mm-299mm, and the resolution is 1mm. This effectively improves the noodle yield and greatly reduces the loss.
5. Sliver length error is small, no more than ± 1.5mm.
