Epoxy Glass Fabric Laminate FR4 has high mechanical properties and dielectric properties, good heat resistance and mechanical processing, and low water absorption not easy deformation. Flame-retardant grades of up to UL94V0 level.
Mainly used as electrical insulating structures, PCB drilling bottom backup plate, etc.
Color: Shallow green, yellow
Specifications: 40 " 48", thickness and tolerances according to customer requirements. Thickness range: 0.08-100mm
