Product Features
1. Convenience:
Within the clamping range, rapid pulling can be achieved to achieve quick clamping.
2. Clamping force energy storage:
Due to the special structure of flat pliers, thin workpieces only need to be gently clamped. The workpiece will not deform and will not loosen during processing. It is not easy to deform when clamping thinner workpieces.
3. Not upturned:
The positioning pin hooks onto the positioning groove, providing downward pressure to the movable jaw, effectively solving the problem of workpiece lifting during clamping.
4. High precision:
The entire clamp body has undergone high-temperature tempering, half a year natural aging treatment, and high-frequency quenching of the sliding surface. The machining accuracy is controlled within 0.015mm.
Multiple units are used simultaneously, with an error of 0.01mm, and both parallelism and perpendicularity are maintained within 0.01mm.
5. Long lifespan:
The average lifespan of the improved flat pliers is 15 years, and currently the material used is ductile iron 450, making the pliers body more sturdy. The clamping mechanism is fully enclosed and there will be no iron pins entering.
6. High cost-effectiveness:
Due to the use of film coated sand casting technology for all clamp bodies, the manufacturing cost has been greatly reduced. The price of precision flat mouth pliers with such many performances is much lower than that of products in the same class.
