Product Description

Product DescriptionMFZ-1 cylinder sealing grease is specifically used for sealing the joint surface of power plants and industrial steam turbine cylinder bodies. It is a single component, solvent free, 100% solid content, and can be cured immediately upon heating. It does not contain harmful ingredients such as asbestos and halogens, and can withstand high temperatures. Its performance indicators can fully meet the operating requirements of 300MW and below units; It can be used alone or combined with copper asbestos gaskets for high-temperature sealing of other high-temperature furnace pipeline flanges.

Product Features:
> MFZ-1 cylinder sealing grease has good water sealing resistance, mineral oil and most chemical resistant electrical insulation
> Capable of withstanding extreme temperatures without hardening, maintaining effective sealing and shock resistance
> Easy to disassemble and adjust, prevents corrosion and "freezing" with metal parts, and seals are not subject to temperature changes.Applications and Features:
1. The cylinder surface should be clean and free from oil, foreign objects, and dust.
2. After thorough mixing, apply MFZ-1 cylinder sealing grease to the cylinder surface with a thickness of 0.5-0.7mm. A certain size should be left around the screw hole and inside the cylinder surface to prevent sealing grease from entering the flow system.
3. After tightening the bolts on the cylinder, wipe off any excess sealing grease from the periphery.
4. After the cylinder locking is completed, there is no need to wait for it to stand still. After the unit starts and heats up, the sealing grease will solidify accordingly.
