PLM3030-2 CNC drilling machine works for steel plates . Mainly Drilling tube sheet plates and flanges, the drilling hole diameter is less thanφ60mm. The main function includes drilling holes, reaming, boring, tapping, chamfering, and milling. It's applicable to take both carbide drill bit and H.S.S. drill bit. The CNC control system's operation is convenient and easy. The machine has very high work accuracy.
Machine advantages:
1. The bed and beam are welded with steel plates, all of which have undergone thermal aging treatment for stress relief.
2. The workbench adopts a fixed form, selects high-quality cast iron, and uses advanced technology to cast and shape, with large bearing capacity.
3. High-rigidity bearing seat, bearing adopts back-to-back installation method, high-precision screw special bearing.
4. The vertical (Z-axis) movement of the power head is guided by roller linear guide pairs arranged on both sides of the ram, with good guide rail accuracy, high vibration resistance and low friction coefficient.
5. The drilling power box of this machine tool is a rigid precision spindle type, adopts Taiwan BT50 internal cooling spindle, the spindle taper has a purging device, and can use carbide internal cooling drills with high precision.
6. This machine adopts two flat chain chip conveyors on both sides of the worktable. Iron chips and coolant are collected in the chip conveyor, and the iron chips are transported to the chip conveyor, which is very convenient for chip removal; the coolant is Be recycled.
7. This machine tool provides two cooling methods-internal cooling and external cooling, which better guarantees the processing quality.
8. This machine is equipped with an automatic lubrication system, which regularly pumps lubricating oil into the lubrication points of the linear guide sub-slider, ball screw sub-screw and each rolling bearing of each component, so as to provide the most adequate and reliable lubrication, eliminating the need The tedious manual operation improves the service life of various parts.
