Specification of galvanized steel grating:
A. Flat steel: the material is Q235 or stainless steel, and there are ordinary plane type, anti-skid tooth type and section I type. The general specifications are 20 * 5, 25 * 5, 30 * 3, 32 * 5, 40 * 5, 40 * 3, 50 * 5, 65 * 5, 100 * 8, 100 * 10, etc.
B. Cross bar: the material is the same as flat steel, and twisted square steel is used. It is made of square and transverse drawing and twisting of a disc. Its common specifications are 5 * 5, 6 * 6, 8 * 8, etc.
C. The above flat steel and cross bar can be summarized as the common specifications of steel grating: 303 / 30 / 100, 325 / 30 / 100, etc.
Identification method of galvanized steel grating
(1) Center to center spacing of hot-dip galvanized steel grating flat steel: according to series: Series 1 is 30mm; Series 2 is 40mm; Series 3 is 60mm.
(2) Center to center spacing of cross bar of hot-dip galvanized steel grating: 100mm for Series 1 and 50mm for Series 2. Other specifications can be customized.
(3) Hot dip galvanized steel grating flat steel: the material is Q235B or stainless steel, which has ordinary plane type, anti-skid tooth type and section I type. Common specifications of galvanized steel grating platform include 20 * 5, 25 * 5, 25 * 3, 32 * 5, 30 * 5, 40 * 5, 40 * 3, 50 * 5, 65 * 5, 75 * 6, 100 * 8, 100 * 10, etc.
(4) Cross bar of hot-dip galvanized steel grating: round steel, twisted square steel, square steel or hexagonal angle steel made of Q235B or 304 stainless steel. Twisted square steel is drawn and twisted by a square die with a circular disk. Its common specifications are 5 * 5, 6 * 6, 8 * 8mm, etc.
