Strings	SUZUKI strings from Japan, The surface is plated with nickel and anti-rust
Action	LUO wooden action. The lowest standard by destructive test can reach 500,000 continuous beats. strong weather-resistance.
Pinblock	19 cross ply hard maple which holds the tuning pin tightly.
Tuning Pins	Nickel plated, steel cut-thread. The surface is shining and anti-rusting.
Iron Frame	CNC processed frame. It is made of hard manganese steel which assures stability.
Bridges	Joint bridges made of A grade hard maple; Finely cut by CNC machines.

·In order to avoid shaking during transportation, hammers are tied to the action rail. Please dismount the strips before you play the piano.
·The piano is covered with water proof plastic bag and thick anti-collision foam.
·We use standard exporting pallet which is easy for trucking by forklift.
·Shipping marks on four sides of the pallet. Please contact our sales if you need custom package or shipping marks.
·We only cooperate with top international shipping company and we buy insurance for every Middleford piano during the delivery.

Macheng Huayin Musical Instruments Factory is a leading piano manufacturer in China. "Middleford" is our main brand. With 35 years' experience in piano manufacturing and 22 years' experience in piano exporting, we build pianos for global market and offer OEM & ODM service for piano companies worldwide.
There are nine modern production lines at the Middleford piano factory. The total factory area is 3800 sqm with 120 skilled workers and 15 professional quality control technicians. In 2015, the factory built two automated production lines to make skeleton parts. Core parts like bridge cutting and tuning pin drilling are finished by CNC machines. Enhancing both quality and productivity and enabling us to reach a combined capacity of over 4350 grand and upright pianos per year.

1 pcs as a sample order is acceptable.

Q3. What's the payment terms?
T/T 50% deposit in advance and the balance before shipment. Other payment terms please discuss with our sales.

Q4. When will you deliver the piano ?
A. If we have stock, we can arrange delivery within 7 days.
B. If no stock, the production time depends on the order quantity. Usually 20~35 days for a 20ft container(15 pianos). 30~45 days for a 40ft container(30 pianos).
