Manure Solid Liquid Separator System
The solid-liquid separator is a specialized equipment for manure treatment, independently developed and produced by our company (Patent number:ZL 2017 2 0938872.1; ZL 2017 2 0938931.5),Mainly to solve the problem of manure treatment and manure reuse in dairy farms, furthermore, it can improve the environmental pollution problems in the dairy farm and its surrounding areas.
The main body, mesh screen and feeding barrel of the equipment are made of high-quality 304 stainless steel, and the screw shaft/auger is made of high-quality 316 stainless steel with wear-resistant coating, which can ensure the anti-corrosion and delayed service life of the equipment.The transmission part adopts an F-gear reducer to ensure the stability of use.
The separator system consists of four parts: solid-liquid separator, feeding pump, mixing pump, and control system. In terms of solid-liquid separator selection, the first stage separator, second stage separator, etc. can be selected according to the different screen mesh gap. When matching the solid-liquid separation system, we select large brand submersible sewage pump with a knife as the feeding pump; The mixing pump adopts a submersible mixing pump which can be up and down; The core components of the control system are all famous brand. The control system has various system protection functions such as overheating protection, overload protection, phase loss protection, and leakage protection.The composition principle shown as below:
Main components of solid-liquid separator
Type:GYFL-11, high dry separator, with 304 stainless steel material for the feed inlet, feed inlet base, and mesh screen outer barrel, and carbon steel support for the bracket. The motor power is 11KW,with a processing capacity of 30-40 cubic meters of cow manure per hour. Mainly used for secondary separation of liquids after primary separation, extracting thin fiber and concentrate parts.
Control box: it can simultaneously control the solid-liquid separator, mixing pump, and feeding pump, with over voltage and under voltage protection, circuit leakage protection, overload protection, and phase loss protection.
Rear screen mesh: with a gap of 0.5-0.7mm, installed at the back end of the solid-liquid separator, mainly used for squeezing and filtering water in the later stage of the manure separation. Made of SUS304.
Front screen mesh : with a gap of 0.75-1.0mm, installed at the front part of the solid-liquid separator, mainly used for rapid squeezing and filtering water in the early stage of manure separation. Made of SUS304.
Auger, diameter 260mm, made of SUS316, coated with high wear-resistant coating and soft wear-resistant material.

Separator type should be choose according to the bedding materials used in the dairy farm.
