It is equipped with different feeding methods and cutting methods, and can also be used for pelletizing film scraps materials when a forced feeding system is installed.
The machine is suitable for recycling and pelletizing various types and properties of materials, including PE, PP, ABS, PS, PC, PA, PVC, and other materials. It effectively processes crushed granules and plastic flakes.
The extrusion system of the machine features a specially designed screw for pelletizing recycled materials, ensuring fast and stable feeding and wear resistance. It also has natural exhaust holes and a vacuum system to effectively drain water from the material. The extruder is equipped with a durable cast aluminum or ceramic heater. Additionally, an automatic hydraulic screen changing system is included to produce cleaner and higher quality particles.
