The peanut peeling machine consists of a frame, a fan, a rotor, a single-phase motor, a screen (two types of size), a hopper, a vibrating screen, a V-belt pulley and its transmission V-belt, etc. After the machine is in normal operation, the peanuts are put into the hopper quantitatively, evenly and continuously, and the peanut shells are broken under the repeated impact, friction and collision of the rotor. Peanut grains and broken peanut shells pass through a screen with a certain aperture under the rotating wind pressure and impact of the rotor (the large-hole screen is used for the first threshing of peanuts, and the cleaned small peels are replaced with small-hole screens for the second threshing). Maintenance matters of peanut sheller:
1. The peanut peeling machine is conveyed by a triangle belt. After the new belt is used for a period of time, due to the effect of tension, it will gradually elongate and become slack. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly check whether the tension of each transmission belt and the clearance of each matching part are appropriate, and adjust it in time.
2. During the operation of the peanut peeling machine, you should always pay attention to whether the machine's speed, sound, and temperature are normal. Every time a variety is removed or a day's work is completed, stop the machine to check whether the bearings are overheated, whether the fastening screws and key pins of each part are loose, and if they are found to be loose, they should be tightened at any time, especially for high-speed parts, such as: upper and lower Whether the fan blades, especially the lower fan blades, are worn or broken, and whether the reinforcement plates used outside the blades are worn or deformed. If any problems are found, they should be repaired or replaced in time.
3. For the hanging shaft of the screen body and the bearings of all joints, check whether there is oil shortage and wear in time, and replace it with oil in time if it occurs. After each operation, the bottom of the sieve of the fruit rubbing machine, that is, the holes in the fish scale plate, is regularly cleaned with a wire brush.
4. After the processing season is over, carry out a major inspection of the machine. Check the operation and wear of each bearing; check the bottom of the screen for deformation or cracks; check the wear of the sorting screen. After the inspection, the damaged parts are repaired, and the dirt and residual peanuts in the machinery are removed.
5. After using the peanut peeling machine, remove the belt and store the machine in a dry warehouse. The removed belt should be hung on an indoor wall that is not exposed to the sun.
