It is also used for vacuum oil filling and drying of transformers, which can shorten the oil treatment period of transformer installation and maintenance.

FeaturesZJA Two Stage High Vacuum Waste Transformer Oil Filter Machine is specially designed for ultra-high transformer oil, and is suitable for the purification of insulating oil in the production, installation and maintenance of ultra-high voltage transformers above 500KV.
It has a two-stage booster vacuum system with high pumping speed and a multi-stage vacuum desorption separation system, which can quickly remove water, gas, polar substances and other degraded substances from the oil.
The unique straight and slow surface vacuum atomization distribution technology, the inner and outer double-film evaporation structure of the inner-filled Raschig ring pull, and the 6-stage inclined hole revolving three-dimensional flash dehydration and degassing technology are adopted, and the oil in the system is maximized. Therefore, the moisture and gas in the oil can obtain sufficient vaporization time to achieve the best dehydration and degassing effect. It can quickly and effectively remove the moisture and gas in the insulating oil, improve the withstand voltage of the insulating oil to more than 80KV, and the moisture content is less than 3PPM.
It can quickly remove various organic hydrocarbon gases in oil, ensuring zero acetylene and hydrogen content in oil.
It adopts all-infrared photoelectric scanning foam inspection to prevent vacuum "running oil".
It has high Filtration accuracy (less than NAS2 grade) particle size ≤500/100ml (particles above 5μm).
Optional Functions:
1. According to the needs of users, PLC intelligent control, touch screen operation, and dynamic display can be selected.
2. Optional online moisture detector, online particle detector, optional flowmeter with accumulating function.
3. Optional frequency converter, you can choose the flow rate according to your needs.
4. The structure of the whole machine: mobile, fixed, trailer (half-axle or double-axle), fully enclosed, canopy type, canvas shed, open type.
