Product Description
The dry screen plays an important role in papermaking machine. It is a high-breathing fabric applied to the dryer section of the long-wire paper machine and the board machine. It is made of various plastic synthetic fibers as the main raw material and is processed by weaving and heat setting. Special resin treatment is carried out as needed, and the joints of the net are also advanced. The main function of the dryer screen is to improve the contact between the paper sheet and the dryer during the process of guiding the wet paper sheet through the drying section, to obtain a high yield, low energy consumption, and good performance on the paper surface. This requires the dry mesh to have sufficient strength, proper ventilation, good size, stability and smooth mesh surface.
