Oxygen-rich burner
1. Applications:
The equipment is widely used in non-ferrous metallurgy, including anode furnace, holding furnace, NGL furnace, converter, heating furnace, annealing furnace, rotary kiln, soaking furnace, melting furnace in glass industry, etc. It can be used as natural gas oxygen-rich burner, gas oxygen-rich burner, fuel oil oxygen-rich burner, pulverized coal oxygen-rich burner.
2. Product Features:
1) High combustion efficiency, energy saving and high thermal efficiency;
2) High flame temperature and strong flame radiation ability;
3) Fast combustion speed and safe combustion;
4) Low ignition temperature and short burnout time of fuel;
5) Excess air coefficient is low and the smoke volume is reduced;
6) SOx and NOx emissions are significantly reduced, and NOx emissions are reduced by more than 2/3 compared with ordinary combustion.
7) Oxygen content: 30%-85%, designed according to user requirements.
