1. Machine tool castings are made of one-piece castings. The design adopts advanced finite element analysis technology, with reasonable structure and excellent layout. And the castings undergo secondary aging treatment to ensure long-term stability of machine tool processing.
2.Roller linear guides are used in X, Z directions. The two linear rails have a large span, good stability and strong rigidity, and the machine tool accuracy is maintained well.
3. It adopts precision electric spindle, which has high precision, high rigidity, high speed and durability.
4. The machine tool adopts a 12-station living tool turret with Y axis. Bidirectional positioning, short tool change time, high positioning accuracy, the power tool turret moves up and down on the vertical column carriage at 90°. Different optional power tool holders can be used to drill, mill, tap and other processing on the workpiece, and can perform turning and milling compound processing on complex parts.
5. The 3-axis screw adopts precision imported ball screw, combined with pre-stretching process, which has small thermal deformation and high transmission accuracy.
6. The screw rod support adopts imported bearings, and the lock nut adopts high-precision lock nut. Further improve machine tool processing accuracy.
7. The machine tool is designed with two modes: side chip discharge and rear chip discharge. Optional.
