On July 24, two mandatory national standards, "GB 44263-2024 Safety Requirements for Electric Vehicle Conductive Charging Systems" and "GB 39752-2024 Safety Requirements for Electric Vehicle Power Supply Equipment", were released. Both standards will be implemented on August 1, 2025.
"Safety Requirements for Electric Vehicle Conductive Charging Systems" stipulates the basic requirements for electrical safety, environmental adaptability, mechanical strength and electromagnetic compatibility of the charging system, while "Safety Requirements for Electric Vehicle Power Supply Equipment" focuses on the installation location, structural design and fault protection of the power supply equipment.
Charging pile CCC testing is a mandatory product certification test for electric vehicle power supply equipment, which is of great significance. The following is a detailed introduction:
Testing basis
It is carried out in accordance with the two mandatory national standards GB39752 "Safety Requirements for Electric Vehicle Power Supply Equipment" and GB44263 "Safety Requirements for Electric Vehicle Conductive Charging Systems".
Test items
- Electrical safety test: including insulation resistance test, dielectric strength test, leakage current test, ground continuity test, short circuit and overcurrent protection test.
- Mechanical performance test: involving shell protection level test, mechanical shock and vibration test.
- Environmental adaptability test: covering high and low temperature test, wet heat test.
- Electromagnetic compatibility test: including conducted emission test, radiated emission test, electromagnetic immunity test.
- Functional performance test: including charging performance test, human-machine interface function test, communication protocol test
