Advantages of equipment:
1.Bottle in adopts the brace rocker with the self rotation structure, which overcome the dead point of the quadruple connecting rod to make the bottle in stable.
2.Bottle out adopts the connecting rod .The bottle comes out from the buffer cushion first and then it is transported through the bottle clamp and is pushed to the bottle conveyor through the guiding track at last. It works stably.
3.Many dipping troughs: one pre dipping trough, three lye troughs and one hot water dipping trough.
4.Several times shower makes the shower fully from the inner to outer part. One group of the pre shower, three groups of lye shower, one group of middle water shower, hot water shower, warm water shower, cold water shower and aseptic water shower.
5.Several showers and dipping troughs layout ensure the space for the temperature climbing and falling of the bottles. Thus it reduces the bottle brake rate.
6.The shower adopts the rotary showering way to make the rinsing fully on the inner and bottom part, which increase the cleaning rate .And it also avoids the nozzle block and showering point shifting which the main transmission chain pace changing result in.
7.Fifth label flushing, third label removal: There is the inner and outer cavity structure. It also adopts the high flux pump and wide nozzle, which makes the huge liquid level difference. And thus the label is removed through the label net while the recycle using rate of lye is high.
8.Heating system includes three heat exchangers. While the heat exchanger uses the lineal display pipes .The water is filtered through the label net, which avoids the block .The recycle water returns to the high flux pump and mixes with the lye. Because it adopts the lineal display pipe heat exchanger, so it reduces the maintenance work to the furthest.
