Product Description The hydraulic paper mill roll stand is where the paper roll is placed. It takes advantage of oil pressure to lift and move paper roll. Its position in DHCL high speed corrugated sheet production line can be seen in diagram 7 and that in DHSL high speed single-corrugated sheet cardboard production line can be shown in diagram 2. With a symmetrical structure, the hydraulic paper mill roll stand can be installed with two rolls of paper roll simultaneously. In this way, paper can be easily changed without stopping the machine. The hydraulic driving system is able to achieve lifting, tightly clamping, loosening and aligning of paper roll. The clamping head features an expansion design. The tension is pneumatic braking controlled. In addition, it can also be made under on-line control together with the paper splicer. Our hydraulic paper mill roll stand is equipped with two sets of paper feeding trolleys which push paper roll to the given position from two sides in a portable and flexible way. The semi-closed track is entirely buried. Its main structure is welded with the 16# channel steel for firmness and durability. Layout: Single Corrugated Line

We a combination of manufacturer and trading company.
2. What is the payment term you accept?
We usually accept T/T. DP and LC are also ok for us.
We need 30% payment as deposit to arrange production and the balance should be paid before shipping.
3. What is your leading time in average? How much time needs for installation?
The manufacturing period for machine is 45 days since deposit is received and installation period is around 7 days.
4. How do we install and debug machine?
Engineer guides installation and debug machine via video or on site.
5. Where is factory? How can we visit there?
Factory is at Mianfang Road 36, Dongguang County, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, China.
It is near to Beijing and Tianjin, so after you get Beijing or Tianjin airport, we will pick you up to factory
