Product Description
Water ripple finish is processed by mirror polished and stamped technique, commonly appilied to ceiling, cladding and art decoration. Different decorative projects are endowed with the same depth of space, and metal texture is used to provide unique water flow experience.
Small water ripple sheet is one of the water effect finish from stainless steel. The recommend thickness is 0.6-1.20mm, which is easy and not heavy for installation in decoration project.
Medium water ripple stainless steel sheet is using stamping and mirror polishing technique in order to give the metal texture a water effect. It's very popular in worldwide modern interior design.
Big water ripple finish is a kind of stamping finish with mirror effect of stainless steel sheet . Many different colores like silver, gold, blue, red, green are available.
What is stamping?
Stamping is a metal forming process that uses a stamping machine to produce raised or sunken designs on stainless steel sheet. Stainless steel sheet passes through a machine mold to produce a corresponding regular design pattern on its surface. In addition, depending on the roller mold used, different patterns can be produced on the metal surface.
Stamping processing can be accepted on 2B, BA, mirror and #4 finish, and PVD coating can be carried out after stamping. We also offer stamping stainless steel processing such as laser cutting, bending, welding and other CNC mechanical services.
