Introduction
Hammer Blades are an important and easily worn working part of the hammer mill/ crushing mill/ crusher. Its shape, size, arrangement method, manufacturing quality, etc. have a great influence on the crushing efficiency and product quality.
Hammer blades are spare parts, the quality mainly reflects the material, heat treatment and machining precision.
We normally use high quality carbon steel as the material of hammer blades, working faces use hardening treatment, surfacing tungsten carbide alloy, using carburizing, carbonitriding heat treatment process,the hardness of quenching zone can reach HRC56~65. The service life raise 6-7times than common hammer blades. And as you know, if the hammer blades' machining precision is not good, it will influence the balance of the rotor, so we strictly control the machining precision, ensure its running well.
We all strictly control the quality, from the material to each step process and testing. Using high-quality centrifugal casting alloy steel rolls, it makes evenly thickness. And we use roller convex degree computer measuring instrument, ultrasonic flaw detector and dynamic balance testing, etc to ensure good quality.
