Flotation machine is mainly used for the selecting of non-ferrous metals like gold, copper, zinc, etc. It can also be used for coarse and fine selection of ferrous and nonmetals. It is suitable for the materials like gold ore, copper ore, quartz stone, and aluminum ore, etc.
Main Features1) The impeller consists of closed double section cones, which can produce strong down-circulation.
2) Big air inlet amount, low energy consumption.
3) Each trough has the function of air suction, ore pulp suction and flotation, it can realize a flotation circuit by itself, without no auxiliary equipments. Horizontal configuration makes it easy to change process.
4) Rational ore pulp circulation reduces coarse sand sediment.
5) There are automatic and electric control devices of ore pulp level, which makes adjustment easier.
Working Principle
The impellers are driven through V-belt transmission, which brings centrifugal effect to form negative pressure. On the other hand, flotation machine inhales sufficient air to mix with ore slurry; On the other hand it stirs ore slurry and mix with medication to form mineralized froth. To adjust the height of flashboard to control liquid level and make useful froth scraped by loam board.
