Crafted with robust HT300 high-strength one-piece structure casting iron bed, featuring a 30-degree step type flat rail design, enhanced through finite element analysis, offering superior mechanical rigidity and stability. This ensures long-term reliable accuracy, exceptional processing stability, and prolonged tool life. The bed undergoes stress relief treatment to improve precision and stability. The high-strength roller rail system incorporates a screw pre-tension design, enhancing response rigidity.
1.Direct drive synchronous electric spindle: equipped with a magnetic ring type incremental encoder (Sine and cosine) for positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds, and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds.
This design effectively eliminates spindle vibration, with nose end deflection accuracy within 0.002mm. Enhances workpiece surface finish.
Rear-mounted rotor simplifies installation and maintenance.
The spindle motor includes a cooling system to mitigate thermal displacement, ensuring consistent spindle temperature. The dynamic balance test passed spindle system guarantees precision retention, high rigidity, and efficiency, enabling finishing, rough machining, and heavy cutting. Ideal for mass production of complex, high-finishproducts.
2. High-rigidity integral servo power turret. The Y-axis with 100MM stroke (±50 from center line) enables eccentric milling, drilling, and tapping. Equipped with a high-torque power turret and servo-driven C-axis, it processes complex parts with ease. The tool holder installation utilizes a high-rigidity BMT interface, with power transmission driven by servo spindle motor.
3. Equipped with THK linear guide rail and ball screw, the heat-treated and precision-ground ball screw ensures optimal precision and durability. Each axis features direct transfer shaft structure and double-anchor pre-relay, minimizing thermal displacement and enhancing machining accuracy. High-rigidity, large-size, heavy-duty linear slide rails maintain machine accuracy under impact, offer smooth displacement, low noise, and extend service life.
4. Standard configuration includes FANUC system, with feed drive powered by FANUC servo motor.
5. A perfect hydraulic and lubrication system featuring high-quality hydraulic pumps and valves significantly reduces failure rates. The design is simple yet reliable.
6. The high-rigidity structure and integral hydraulic tailstock eliminate vibration, providing exceptional stability. Sleeve telescoping is achieved through a hydraulic cylinder, ensuring convenience and reliability.
7. Incorporates a Taiwan rotary chuck, oil cylinder, and automatic chip removal device, reducing operator labor intensity and enabling safe, efficient production. Functional components are programmable, with customizable fixtures available to meet specific user requirements.
