Test Certification Tech (hangzhou) Co., Ltd. is a third-party testing and certification organization founded in 2019, with international recognition under ISO/IEC 17065, ISO/IEC 17020, and ISO/IEC 17025.For certification: ASTC+ is authorized by the Middle East GSO organization, Saudi Arabia SASO, and Egypt GOEIC organization. It is capable of issuing CoC and GCC certificates (for toys and home appliances), Saudi Arabia SABER PCoC and SCoC, Egypt ILAC COI, and Africa COC certificates for export companies, among others.
For testing: ASTC+'s invested laboratory, Zhejiang HUAK, is a third-party laboratory specializing in product safety regulations, hazardous chemical substances, machinery and equipment, toys/stationery, textile testing, food testing, and cosmetics testing. It has been accredited by many international organizations, including the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS), US IAS, and US CPSC. Additionally, it is a designated third-party testing agency for Amazon and TEMU.
For inspection: ASTC-TI is a joint venture company with Slovakia's TI EU NB1354 body. We focus on the inspection of industrial equipment and vehicles, providing services such as CE certification, PED/TPED pressure vessel certification, ATEx/IECEx explosion-proof certification, tank ADR certification, MTC certification, vehicle E-Mark certification, and Gulf GCC certification.

FAQ1. Why do I need shipment inspections or factory audits? A. In order to avoid fraud,Poor quality, incorrect spec,short quantity of shipments,etc. Inspection is the most efficient way to avoid risk.
2. How to start the inspection?
A. Client send us the booking and book 1-3days in advance. We contact Factory to confirm the inspection. Client Confirm the inspection scheduleand make payment.We will conduct inspection as expected and send client report within 24 hours after inspection complete.
3. What we need to provide you for inspection?
A. The Factory contact information, Products technical data sheet and spec information as well as your special quality control requirement if you have. Client will send approved samplesif they have.
4. What information does the inspection report include?
A. Our written reports are very detailed, including accurate description of all defects and inconsistencies, statistic analysis
based on the highly recognized AQL standard and plentiful spot pictures for illustration. A written report + Inspection video + Original pictures will provided with 24hours after inspection
