Overview
Our production line is mainly used for the recycling and cleaning of various plastic films. After the dirty waste film is put into our equipment for crushing, the film is cleaned by effective high-speed friction washing, rinsing, etc., and finally the centrifugal dewatering machine is used. Efficient dewatering, drying the film using a pipe drying system
The systems are capable of processing a wide range of plastic materials with varying levels of contamination including extremely heavy contamination such as pp films and pe films / agriculture films.
Application
Our cleaning and recycling equipment can be widely used in various agricultural films, food packaging films, various plastic wrap, food bags, woven bags, other films with paper labels, and so on.

Main Equipments
Belt conveyor: feeding the material to the crusher, and can detect all kinds of metal automatically.
Plastic Crusher: Crushing the film and get small scrap. This crusher is big capacity ant with force device for film press.
Screw loader: This is a good machine for material loading, this machine can load material with water, and it will pre-washing the film.
Float washer: This machine is used for washing the film again.
Centrifugal dewatering machine: This is a high speed machine for dewatering.
Pipe drying System; This system will drying the film and send them into the silo.
Silo: Store the film scrap and waiting for packing.
