3. Product description
1LY series Disc plough is composed with 3 point mounted plough frame ,disc assembly,etc.This plow to be connected and mounted joining with the tractor ,while working the disc of the plow rotary motion and then plough the soil.it has the following advantages better than plough share:does not entangle the grass,does not block,does not obstruct the earth,can shut off the crops stem and root stubble ,does not feat the bricks and stones fragment in the soil,and the working resistance is small .therefore,these tpyes are suitable for overgrown with weeds and steams,the soil resistance is big and has bricks and stones fragment,and the condition complex farmland,the working efficiency is high,the quality is good,adjusts conveniently,and the plough is reliable and durable and so on. This series plow has advanced and reasonable design,simple structure,satisfactory appearance and excellent features,the entire machine molding considered emphatically to reduce working resistance comes form various aspects,improve the working efficiency and enable it to work faster.it is loaded with the circular cone roller bearing in supporting board of the bearing combination and rear wheels.

1. High Carbon disc blade hardness: 38-44 HRC, assuring the toughness and wear ability of disc blade.
2. 1LY disc plough,disk plow,is mounted with four wheel tractor,as in conformity with the current agriculture conditions, are being produced with 2-3-4-5 rows.
3. The disc plough Matchable with tractor, it furrow soil when patches rotate, mainly applicable for complex land, such as weedy land, heavy soil, farmland with bricks and stones, etc.
4. Effectively avoid the plow disc is grass wrapped, not obstruction, can cut off stem of crop and overcome bricks and stones, with high efficiency, good quality work, easy to adjust, simple to use, durable, etc.
5. The disc ploughs are used to open the new fields and to process the stony areas.
