Product Description The pesticide production process includes steps such as ingredients, dispersion, grinding, mixing, filtration and filling, and each link works together to ensure product quality.
Batching and transmission: Liquid raw materials are accurately transported and controlled by pumps and flowmeters; powder raw materials are measured by weighing systems and transmitted through air; additives are weighed by weighing methods to ensure accurate dosage.
Dispersion: With the help of a high-speed disperser, the powder is evenly dispersed in the liquid to form a uniform mixed liquid of a certain fineness.
Grinding: According to product requirements, basket mill or horizontal bead mill are used. Add some additives during grinding and mix thoroughly to prevent material deposition and layering.
Filtration: Use bag-type or self-cleaning filters to remove impurities in the mixture and improve product purity.
Filling: Use a semi-automatic or automatic filling machine to fill the filtered products in a quantitative manner according to different specifications such as 1 - 5 kg, 10 - 25 kg, etc. to complete the production packaging.
