Purpose:
Multicolor Double-side Trademark/Logo/Tag/Brand/Label Printing Machine is special for printing patterns, logo, and label on the belt-shape materials such as fabrics, silks, nylons, cotton, cloth, ribbon, satin, paper tape, wash-care stuff, etc.
Specification:
1. It is one of the high-speed double-side rotary printing machines (from 1 to 7 colors) series. It can print various patterns at 60m/min, and it is also with the function of synchronous printing the double-side patterns, like 6 colors in front, 1 in front and 1 in back, 4 in front and 3 in back, 5 in front and 2 in back, etc. The colors can be customerized.
2.The printed patterns are of good result in printing, color, brightness and clarity.
Feature of high-speed rotary label printing machine of ZX-1031B:
1) Extensive printing scope: small label in shirt, some clothes etc , such as satin tape, polyester tape, woven tape, paper tape, adhesive tape, elastic band.
2) High-speed printing: can print 3600m, every hour; be equal to eight times of platen ribbon press. Can economize time and man power.
3) Fine printing results: Make use of round-press-round koshers printing principle to print solid and immature type face dependable smooth and limpid, several colors still keep accurate and perfect effects in quick and slow speed at the same.
4) Easy to operate: A common studier should be trained only for three day and can control on his own , including plate correction, dyeing, adding and collecting materials, speeding up and down.

2. In order to be waterproof, we usually use bubble film to wrap machine.
