Machine Features
Adopting a 45 ° inclined layout, the bed is equipped with two sets of symmetrical CNC cross slide tables, and an 8-station turret is installed on each of the left and right moving slide tables.
The workpiece can be clamped and turned simultaneously, saving the time for unloading and loading the workpiece, and effectively ensuring the coaxiality of the workpiece.
Equipped with automatic feeding and cutting devices, there is no need for manual operation, greatly improving the automation of processing operations, saving processing time and costs.
The spindle is driven by a servo main motor, with high output torque, strong support stiffness, and high accuracy.
