Introduction of sunflower seed oil production line: Sunflower oil production process have two kind of processing method: pressing and leaching(extraction). Pressing method is by physical pressure and get oil directly from the oil seeds. The whole process does not involve any chemical additives, to ensure product safety, health, pollution-free.
Sunflower oil processing production line includes almost 4 parts,sunflower seed prepress,sunflower cake extraction,crude sunflower oil refining,and finished sunflower oil filling.
Process of sunflower oil production line:
1.sunflower seeds---cleaning---shelling---shell &nut separating---condition---flaking---cooking ---prepress---filter---pre pressed sunflower oil---oil refining---finished oil filling
2.Pre pressed cake---extraction---miscella steaming & stripping---extracted sunflower oil---degumming---de acidification---decolorizing---deodorizing---de waxing---finished sunflower oil filling
Requirement for the sunflower seed oil processing plant:

temperature of extraction material	50-55°C
oil content of extraction material	50-55°C
oil content of extraction material	14-18%
thickness of extraction cake	less than 13mm
powder porosity of extraction material	less than 15% (30 mesh)
steam	more than 0.6Mpa
solvent	national standard No. 6 solvent oil
electric powe	50HZ 3*380V±10%
Electric lighting	50HZ 220V ±10%
tempreture of supplement water	less than 25°C
Hardness	less than 10
volume of supplement water	1-2m/t raw material
