2.High Quality Grinding Head

The spindle uses P4-level ultra-precision bearings, with the taper end deflection within 2µm; it uses a V-3-level low-vibration motor. The whole machine rotates at high speed with low noise, no vibration, and has a large load-bearing capacity. It is suitable for heavy cutting and various molding grinding.
3.High-Precision Feed Structure
The front and rear left and right slides of this machine are pasted with high-grade imported guide rail wear-resistant sheets TUR CITE-B, and are precision scraped to ensure high precision. The column and spindle head guide rail are matched with high precision, and are most suitable for precision forming grinding of various grooves.
4.Automatic Lubrication System
When the spindle is started, the lubrication pump starts to automatically lubricate all screws and sliding surfaces, reducing wear and extending working accuracy and life.
5.Safe Dust Protection System
Dust-proof parts are installed between each moving part: sheet labyrinth rubber guards ensure the safety of the guide rails and the interior is dust-free and water-free.
