Product Introduction: The PVC additives auto weighing system - We developed this auto weighing system to instead of traditional old manual weighing. It could auto weigh the additives for the pvc extrusion production, such as, stearic acid, wax, titanium dioxide, whitener, carbon black etc. this auto weighing system could weigh the quantity for one batch usage automatically. This system could avoid the mistake of manual weighing and also keep the workshop clean. This system could auto weigh 5-12 kinds of powder or granules additives. The accuracy is within 10g.
1.Paint powder dosing system is mainly used for powder or granules additives'weighing and dosing with high accuracy and continues. 2.The number of additives can be 1 to 13. 3.The maximum range is 150L, and the accuracy can reach 10g. 4.The powder batching system has compact structure, small space needed and convenient operation. 5.PVC automatic pvc powder dosing machine can save labor cost, improve production efficiency and formula accuracy.

Working principle: Install feeding devices and powder weighing and collecting hoppers below the silo to complete the transportation and measurement of materials. The material of the automatic batching system falls from the silo to the screw feeding device. When running on the feeding device, its weight signal and speed signal are sent to your weighing instrument for weighing The instrument calculates and processes the load weight electrical signal and speed signal to obtain the instantaneous flow rate and cumulative material transportation volume of the electronic scale, which are respectively displayed on the weighing display.
