Teeyer Whole Production Line,including 6 processing sections

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The essential raw materials pivotal to the autoclaved aerated coagulation production encompass sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste).
This vital section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and systematic storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This crucial section forms the backbone for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this section, the production of steel mesh (or mesh cages) necessary for the autoclaved aerated concrete plate takes place, including manual or automated mesh hanging and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section stands as the core of production for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cages) required for concrete plates are crafted, with both manual and automatic mesh hanging coupled with the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The crane turns the mold frame loaded with the billet body to de-mold. Subsequently, the blank body, along with the side plate, is placed onto the cutting car where the product undergoes meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The ground turning table completes the cut body, effectively removing and recycling the waste corners with precision.
Post waste removal, the blank body is efficiently managed by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are seamlessly transported into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism and ferry cart positioned before the autoclave.
Once cured in the autoclave, the products are meticulously extracted by the ferry cart and conveyed to the finished product packaging area.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After exiting the autoclave, the cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, and packed. They are then transported to the storage yard by our sophisticated packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring a smooth transition.
