Main functions and features
1. Overall welded and processed structure.
2. Mechanical stop and steel torsion bar to maintain synchronization and high precision.
3. Movement of backgauge and ram stroke is servo controlled by CT8 Controller
4. The function of angle programming of CT8 Controller will bring high bending efficiency.
5. X axis is controlled by servo motor, with strong synchronous belt,with high control accuracy,fast positioning and low noise.
6. With high-precision cnc moulds/dies and quick clamps,it will be more accurate and durable when bending plates,high efficiency when removing and changing upper punch tools.
7. With imported hydraulic system,stable and high precision when persistent working.
8. Imported ball bearing lead screw and linear guide rail are used for rear stopper, to ensure the positioning precision of rear stopper, for processing precision of machine to be higher.
