PET Wet Crushing Machinery
Crushers with special structure design allow to add water in crushing process for the first step of friction washing;the water helps to reduce temperature inside the chamber of crusher and blade wearing,and most importantly,to reduce the amount of fine powder loss.
Reasonable process configuration can effectively ensure the removal of impurities and the continuity of the process,and at the same time,create the better condition for subsequent hot flotation.
Crusher adopts the latest technology of V-shaped cutting, which can transport the PET bottles to the center of the rotary blades, it avoids the material sticking to the side wall of chamber and also increases the service life of crusher chamber.
The crushing room is made of high-hardness material and is processed by CNC lathe.
It has the characteristics of great thickness, high strength, strong wear resistance,no pollution, long service life and convenient for daily maintenance.
Adopt a safety curtain at the inlet to prevent the PET flakes from splashing out when cutting.
The crusher pulley is connected to the drive shaft through a V-shaped belt, which has the characteristics of balanced operation of crushing, precise coordination, it's easy to disassembly and assembly with simple maintenance.The feeding hopper and screen frame areoperated by hydraulic device.
Rotary blades can be adjusted outsidethe crushing room, it's more convenient.

Warranty:1 year for machinery,6 months for electrical.
For mechanical parts, our guarantee duration is 12 months. If the part is broken within this period, we will send the spare parts immediately to the client for repairing.

Normally, we send our engineer(s) to supervise the installation and commissioning. The buyer need to prepare the operation staff to implement it. The operation engineer is to help the buyer's labors to know how to operate the washing line and get the best efficiency.
