Custom Process
After negotiation with customer, we prepare to launch new project.
1. Customers provide photos of candy samples or bar samples, and main raw materials. We confirm whether our machines can be used and what equipment is needed.
2. We draw CAD drawings of candy, and the machine process plan and give them to customers for confirmation.
3. After the customer confirmed the contract, we received a 30% deposit, and then we started to produce the machine.
4. We will finish the machine within the time stipulated in the contract. We will take videos of machine production to confirm with customers. After the customer confirms that there is no problem, we will clean the machine and pack it. After receiving 70% of the balance payment, arrange shipment.
5. After receiving the machine, the customer contacted us, and we arranged technicians to provide guidance.

Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that. Due to changes in candy, it may be necessary to replace the accessories of the packaging machine or the packaging machine.
The machines used in bar production line mainly depend on the physical properties of raw materials and the requirements of processing technology. The size of the cereal bar can be realized by changing the cutter. Easy tool replacement and easy machine cleaning are the advantages of our machines.
