Automatic Paper Flexo Printing Machine for Hamburger Sandwich Fast Food Packaging Bag Paper,Exercise Book Flexographic Printing Ruling with Cross Cutting YXR2-1020ES Flexo Printing Machine is our company's new generation printing machine which had replaced traditional brass circle ruling. Printing and cutting are divided into two separate parts to eliminate the vibration caused during the cutting process that affects the printing quality. Thus, high speed and high quality are guarantee. Some of its features are single arm electric paper rack, tension auto-controlling system, deviation-rectifying device, can print colors on double sides, auto-feed paper, print, cut, receive and arrange paper. Can have steel wire installation, auto-fill ink pump and motor hoist on the roller hanger in accordance with customers needs. It is an ideal printing machine for medium and high-grade notebooks, letters and other paper products. Fix the reel on the unwind station and spread it out to insert through drive paper roller. After printing tower had print out the lines, the reel will be sent to cutting station to cut into single sheet papers whose length is preset. The cut papers will then go through deep pile deposit station and finally sent to deep pile delivery station. Thereafter, it will do clapping, vibrating and arranging papers on all corners before it descends automatically. When it's fully loaded, the machine will stop running and ring bell to alert operator. Do inching till it reaches the lowest position for paper pile to leave piling table by using paper cart to pull out.
