Cylinder section:Φ1800mm×3700mm×4300mm stainless cylinder mould 3 pcs; Φ600mm×3700mm couch roll 4 pcs, including reverse roll 1 pc; rubber Share hardness is 38ºC±2. Pulp feeding type: through square taper pipe of pressure forming device
Press section: Φ800×3700mm×4300mm natural marble roll 2 pcs,Φ750mm×3700mm×4300mm rubber roll 2 pcs, rubber hardness HSD 92ºC±2. pneumatic pressure device.
Dryer section: Φ1800mm×3700mm×4300mm alloy dryer can 8 pcs, equiped with dry felt device, blade 8 sets, half closed dryer can exhaust hood 1 set with axial-flow ventilator, induced draft fun, and radiator.
Calendar section: 2 rolls in large diameter for soft calendaring.
Winding section:Horizontal pneumatic winding machine, roll cylinder in Φ1100mm.
Rewinding section: Upper feeding Frame type rewinding machine 1 set.
