Veneer Peeling Machine
Veneer Peeling Machine is also named Rotary Cutting Machine, which widely used in plywood industrial. After stem was peeled bark by log debarker machine, the cylinder logs will be peeled into veneer sheets by veneer peeling machine, and then cut into target width by the veneer clipper machine.
According to chuck type, veneer peeling machine would be classified to two type. spindle chuck and spind-less chuck.
The face / back veneer of plywood is required to be neat and smooth, so spindle peeling lathe machine is usually used; however plywood core veneer is required large quantity and flat surface, therefore spindle lees peeling lathe is specailly inquiry.
Generally, a complete plywood factory must purchase these two types of machines.
Spindle-less veneer peeling lathe is integrated peeling and cutting function. Peeling wood veneer while the logs are rotated by driving both single and double rollers. Meanwhile the internal rotary clipper performs precise cutting under PLC control.
