IntroductionThe depyrogenation tunnel is a kind of equipment that utilizes the circulation of hot air to dry materials and remove pyrogens. Its working principle is mainly based on heat transfer and air convection. Under certain high temperature conditions, pyrogen removal operations can be carried out on materials, which helps to improve the quality and safety of drugs and prevent adverse drug reactions caused by pyrogens.
Performance Characteristics:
(1)The cabinet is equipped with devices preventing spontaneous combustion at high temperature sterilizing section when blackout occurs, and therefor fire hazards are avoided.
(2)Imported liquid crystal display (TP) and programmable logic controller (PLC) are used for precise programmable setting and control of process parameters of the whole machine, such as heating and operation.
(3)Automatic segmental frequency conversion regulation can be set to adjust air volume of the whole machine.
(4)Users can set relevant parameters through the temperature monitoring system. The system has such functions of displaying, monitoring, recording and data printing, and fault alarm and display.
(5)The cabinet is equipped a complete Class 100 laminar flow system, with its air inlet and cooling section protected by clean laminar flow.
(6)The cabinet prevents outside air from entering it, so as to ensure that it works in a Class 100 environment.
(7)The cabinet allows operators to set process parameters related to heating and operation in advance.
(8)The cabinet can display parameter status and automatically print historical records.
(9)Circulating air flow in the cabinet can be adjusted to guarantee uniform internal temperature.
(10)Temperature measuring points are set in the cabinet and its opening.
(11)The cabinet is configured with high efficiency filter DOP test port.
(12)The whole machine is designed according to GMP requirements.
