The spindle unit is an independent sleeve type. The spindle system has passed the strict dynamic balance test, with high precision, good precision retention, small thermal deformation and good thermal stability. The maximum speed can reach 4200rpm, and the nose deflection precision is within 0.003MM. The front end of the shaft uses a large-diameter high-precision double-row roller bearing with a combined oblique contact ball bearing structure. The optimal span two-point balanced support design can withstand radial and axial loads, and can also be used for high-speed precision for users. Cutting can also be used for low-speed heavy cutting, especially suitable for mass production of products with complex shapes, high precision requirements, and high finish.
The world-class high rigidity overall design servo turret. Equipped with a high-precision clutch to ensure its positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy. Use the servo motor to drive the cutter head to rotate for two-way or any nearby tool selection, use the hydraulic principle to loosen and clamp the clutch, and cooperate with the proximity switch to feedback the clutch action signal to quickly and accurately achieve the tool change action.
The machine tool is equipped with THK linear guide rails and ball screws. The heat-treated and precision-ground ball screws can ensure the best accuracy and durability. The amount of position will be the lowest, greatly improving the machining accuracy. The high-rigidity, large-size, and heavy-duty linear guide rail maintains the same accuracy when the machine is impacted, and the displacement is smooth and the noise is low, which can prolong the service life.
The standard configuration is Japanese FANUC system, and the feed drive adopts FANUC servo motor.
This machine provides users with a complete hydraulic and lubrication system, using high-quality hydraulic pumps and hydraulic valves and other components, which greatly reduces the failure rate. The design of the hydraulic and lubrication system is simple and reliable. The machine tool adopts centralized quantitative automatic lubrication.
The Taiwan rotary chuck oil cylinder is adopted, and the automatic chip removal device is selected at the same time, which can greatly reduce the labor intensity of the operator and realize safe and efficient production.
