CESGATE: In order to ensure the quality of PCB, FPC, and PCBA products, laser testing is generally used for sample and small batch production; According to AOI electronic optical inspection and online AOI inspection, the distribution lines on the inner floor are 100% inspected by the E-SET test rack, and the appearance is 100% inspected by the full-automatic finished product inspection equipment and FQC 100% inspected by the anime. The production line has operator self inspection regulations, and the processes have IPQC, IPQC, OQC, IPQA and FQA layer by layer control. PCBA full-automatic electronic optical inspection (AOI), BGA parts, using X-ray 100% radiographic inspection, first sample inspection (FAI), must burn the PCBA products of the software, and conduct full inspection according to the product functional requirements and the finished product test rack 100%.
