★The feeding system equipped servo motor with high precision planetary gear reducer, feeding through coupling driving ballscrew.
★The grinding wheel dresser droved by servo motor and ball screw, dressing any steps without any gauge finder.
★AC frequency converter is used for regulating wheel speed control .
★Hydraulic transmission & stepless speed regulation are adopted on regulating wheel dresser.
★The machine operated by 10' touch screen, auto plunge feeding, load, speed, time and steps can be adjusted.
★Equipped Mitsubishi electrical system.
Main Application:
The grinder is mainly used for through-feed grinding for cylindrical surface of ring-type and bearing parts, as well as for manual plunge-cut grinding of
various stepped, cones cylindrical screw surfaces.
