What Exactly is a Tire Debeading Machine or Tire Debeader?
Tire debeader is a specially designed equipment to mechanically pull out the bead wires completely that are inside the sidewalls. After debeading, you send the tire for the shredding process. Removal of this bead bundle prior to shredding gives a cleaner end product and assures longer life of the operating blades of your shredder machinery. This allows a smooth shredding operation and also cuts down on your maintenance down time.
Tire Wire Drawing Machine
1. Hydraulic waste tire wire drawing machine is used to completely pull out the large strands of steel wire on both sides of the tire at one time, and smoothly separates the steel wire and rubber, and its purpose is to facilitate the subsequent crushing or cutting process.

Tire Bead Extractor
The tire bead extractor is a device used to pull out the steel wire from the sidewall of the waste tire, it separates the steel wire and rubber for reuse. The tire wire drawing machine is powered by the hydraulic system to drive the pull rod with hook to reciprocate. Hydraulic cylinder is designed with strong pulling force to pull out the steel wire as a whole. The whole process integrates tearing, breaking, and steel wire separation, electro-hydraulic works at the same time, high efficiency pull out in short time.

2. tire recycling disposal line.Working Principle of Tire DebeaderThe motor drives the hydraulic system and the oil cylinder of the double hooks tire steel wire drawing machine, and the draw hook is connected to the draw rod of the oil cylinder. Due to the movement of the oil pump and the oil cylinder, the draw hook is reciprocated. Place the tire on the feeding mouth, extend the pull hook out of the feeding mouth, hook the inner steel part of tire ring, and then start the button. Due to the strong pulling force of the oil cylinder, the steel wire will be pulled out as a whole, and the sidewall part is caused to tear the rubber due to the action of the pulling force, thereby achieving the purpose of separating the steel wire from the tire.Installed Projects
