It has a pair of rotors with a specific shape that can rotate relative to each other and intermittently masticates and kneads polymer materials in a closed space with adjustable temperature and pressure. The ratios and formulations obtained from the experiments can be used for mass production. It is developed based on the two rolld mill and has become the best mixing machine for laboratory experiments, small batch production, proofing, and school teaching.

The rotors are made of high-carbon steel precision casting, and the surface is plated with hard chromium after quenching and tempering and vacuum 72-hour deep nitriding heat treatment.
The rotor blades adopt a prismatic spiral design to make the material shear and disperse to meet the physical property requirements.
There are spiral ribs on the surface of the rotor, and the number of ribs is twoedged, four-edged, six-edged, etc.
The cross-sectional geometry of the rotor is triangular, cylindrical, or elliptical, and there are two types: tangential and meshing.
The rotor blade is a hollow structure, which can be cooled or heated by water or steam.
