Automatically completes folding, adding liquid, stacking, conveying, bottom sealing, batch number printing (optional), bag retrieval/opening, feeding, bagging, end sealing, and output steps. The structure is compact, packaging is aesthetically pleasing, and seals are secure. Press-sealing ensures product squareness.2. Utilizes full servo motors and a 10-inch touch screen with motion control systems for clearer and simpler human-machine interface display. High levels of automation and intelligence result in faster speeds and more efficient, user-friendly operations.3. Employs an automatic material organizing and conveying mechanism, facilitating seamless integration with automated production lines, significantly reducing labor costs.4. Features an optical eye automatic detection and tracking system that skips empty packages, maximizing material savings. Bag loading uses pneumatic inflation, with automatic alignment.5. Batch number, bottom sealing, and bag cutting stations are mounted on rails for easy movement and adjustment while maintaining a constant centerline.6. The entire machine adopts a suspended design, making cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep more convenient.7.
