LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile) flooring is a popular type of flooring that is durable, easy to maintain, and has a wide range of design options. The production of LVT flooring involves several steps, including mixing and compounding the raw materials, extruding the material into sheets, printing and embossing the design, and cutting the tiles to size.
A typical LVT flooring machine production line includes several machines, such as a mixer, extruder, printer, embosser, and cutter. The raw materials, such as PVC resin, plasticizers, and stabilizers, are mixed in the mixer and then fed into the extruder. The extruder melts the material and extrudes it into a sheet, which is then printed with the desired design and embossed to give it a textured surface.
The traditional LVT floor has complex production process, high energy consumption, long labor time, and is not conducive to environmental protection.
