Working process of olive oil refinery equipment
The oil fully contacting with the decolorant can improve the decolorization efficiency and reducethe usage of decolorant.
The continuous and uniform material flows will balance the decoloring time and avoid the recovery of grease oxidation and acid value.
The special mixing structure of decoloring tower won't cause the material dead area, which can avoid theadsorbent sedimentation and pipe blockage.
The continuous airtight efficient filtration equipment has realized the automation of cake discharge and reduced the labor intensity.
The advanced drying technology can reduce the oil content in filter cake.

1. Neutralizing (refining) : This pot is used to degum and deacidify.
2. Decolorizing (bleaching) : The function of this part is to move the color of the oil. The color of the oil can be controlled by yourself.
3. Deodorizing: This is the part to move the odor of oil.
4. Dewaxing: This is the special part for parts of edible oil refinery. Because some kinds of oil includes much wax, must move it out.
