two operators will put the two pieces of plates together,putting on the automatically moving device , the equipment will automatically move the plates to the welding area .The sensor detects the workpiece, cold mould will automatic clamping workpiece, automatic moving device will stop .Under the cold die under cold mold, jig automatic clamping workpiece, upper and lower cold cavity and to position.Hot die move forward and to the bit, upper and lower cold die under the plastic part heating.To be heated to the set time, upper and lower cold die at the same time up and down in place, hot die back to in situ.Under the cold die, the workpiece on solidifying and cooling, cold die clamp automatic release, upper and lower cold die back.The welding process in the completion of the above, the operator can continue to the next welding workpiece into the device automatically moving frame.Mobile frame welded workpiece from the welding areas at the same time, the other a workpiece to be welded to the welding area.
