The municipal waste solid liquid separator is mainly composed of motor,speed reducer,screw compression device,screen sieve,lever device,control cabinet,bracket, pump, piping and other accessory parts.The working principle is to use pump or other device to feed raw material into the separator,the screw will press the material continuously with the rotation of axis.The liquid pass through the screen at the pressure of screw and the solid discharge from slag outlet when the pressure is over max torque.
The solid content in the raw material can be around 30%, and the moisture of final product is about 40% which means you can not press out any water by hands
