Forming Rollers Units For Nougat
1.form the mass to flat layer through forming rollers units.Nougat and cereal only need two forming rollers and related pressed rollers,the product's thickness can be freely adjusted.
2.The inner layer of the roller is S shape，it make cooling more even.
3.All rollers are controlled by electromechanical individually,so that speed adjustment will be more accurate.
Pressed Rollers and Slica Gel Belt
1.Pressed roller can adjust product thickness,and make the product more even.
2.There is a layer inside rollers,can be cooling.It can install water-cooling plate under the belt.
3.Food-grade gel belt,a high temperature anti-sticking effect.
Cooling Tunnel
1.Cooling tunnel has the temperature sensor,temperature can be controlled by temperature controller.
2.There are water cooling devices under the PU belt.
3.There are pneumatic rectifying belt devices in front and back rack. feeding part is with check rails avoiding products falling down.
Slitting Units
Double knife, used for sticky products, such as nougat,it cuts very cleanly.
Transversal Cutter(ultrasonic knife)
There is no need sharp edges,no need too much pressure,no damage to cutting materials.The cutter is doing ultrasonic vibration, the friction resistance is very small, the cut material is not easy to stick to the blade
